Prepare Your Furniture
Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging; items must be unassembled and in a resaleable condition to qualify for a full refund.
Schedule Collection
Once approved, we will help you arrange a specialist furniture courier collection or provide instructions for returning smaller decor items via parcel service.
Inspection and Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
